Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchange
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design, please contact our support team.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, accessories, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
